About ScoreHelm

Arabic-first competitor tracking built for independent KSA merchants.

ScoreHelm helps KSA merchants follow public competitor storefront changes — new products, price moves, sold-out signals, and restocks — without asking for private dashboards or customer data.

Our mission

Saudi merchants do not need another tool that promises a magic product idea and hides the evidence. They need a calm way to see what competitors changed in public and decide what deserves attention.

Evidence-first means every change is tied back to public storefront pages: products added, products removed, prices changed, and availability signals. We avoid claims about revenue, orders, or private dashboards.

We are an independent product built by people who watch the KSA e-commerce market closely. Our goal is to help you react to visible competitor changes faster and with more confidence.

What we do

Competitor store tracking is the launch anchor. Around it, two retention tools — an Arabic listing generator and a Hijri calendar — work from the same KSA-specific data:

How we approach competitor data

ScoreHelm reads public storefront and catalog pages that any shopper can visit. We compare snapshots over time to identify product additions, removals, price changes, sold-out states, and restocks.

For a practical overview of the workflow, read our competitor tracking guide .

Built for KSA

We tune ScoreHelm specifically for the Saudi market — not as a region toggle on top of a US-first tool.

  • Modern Standard Arabic: All Arabic-facing text, listings, and prompts use MSA so it reads natural to any Saudi shopper, not Egyptian or Levantine dialect.
  • Arabic-aware keyword matching: We normalize alef variants, ta marbuta, diacritics, and Arabizi so a Saudi seller types the way they think — and still hits the right matches.
  • Salla and Zid first: These are the platforms Saudi merchants actually use. We support Shopify and WooCommerce too, but Salla and Zid are core to how ScoreHelm thinks about the market.
  • Hijri shopping calendar: Ramadan, Eid, Saudi National Day, and White Friday drive the KSA sales calendar. ScoreHelm surfaces both Hijri and Gregorian dates with stocking lead times.
