By accessing or using ScoreHelm ("Service") at scorehelm.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ScoreHelm is a product research platform that provides e-commerce sellers with data-driven product opportunities. Our Service includes:

  • Daily ranked product opportunities across various categories
  • Evidence-based scoring using marketplace data, trends, and advertising signals
  • Deep Dive analysis and launch recommendations
  • Watchlist and collection management features
  • Email alerts and notifications

Account Terms

Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue accessing the Service.

Paid Subscription

  • The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis
  • Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from our Service
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our data without permission
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ScoreHelm and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Data Ownership

  • Product opportunity data, scores, and analysis are proprietary to ScoreHelm
  • You may use the data for your personal or business decision-making
  • You may not republish, redistribute, or sell our data to third parties

User Content

Content you create (such as collections, notes, and category requests) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Data Accuracy

Limitation of Liability
